The Lemon activities are conducted within the local rich archaeological finds of the greek-roman period:
- foundations of the Greek temple dedicated to the Dioscuri

The headquarters is at the Agora of ancient Neapolis, next to "Napoli Sotterranea".
All the manufacturing process is followed with great care and control of quality and purity of the product is further verified by machines of great reliability.
In the laboratory we are witnessing the process of limoncello made with organic lemons in the Phlegrean Fields.
